Create a mode that allows a direct 1:1 ratio 'exact' bit for bit copy of a dvd (and possibly a Blu-ray).

when i convert hd video, its output quality is nice, but it takes a little long

i tried my Blu Ray disc it worked really well. i also rip my dvd to my iPad perfectly. when i convert my .MTS file from my camera its output quality is nice but it takes me a little long.

to improve your software's interface

your software has really powerful functions, rip blu ray, rip dvd, and also convert videos, but i don't think your interface is perfect.

Add the ability to rip ANY kind of disk, including copy-protected DVD and CD, and then it would be worth the money

If you provide a program with such a limited purpose, you are going to get a limited amount of customers.

Ripping Bluray, out come only lets your audio be a mp3, no 5.1, big downfall.

under audio you have no choice of ac3 or 5.1, only mp3.....thats bogus.

add HTC Evo output modes. HTC is missing from the list. 800x480 HD

Looking through all the conversions I did not see any that would match the HTC phones. I am assuming that is because they are fairly new. I have been looking for a converter from DVD directly to HTC EVO, but am still searching.

The UI seems pretty lame. Make it appear more professional.

I would expect to see a UI that looks like this in 1995, but not 2010. Functionality seems ok, but the general look is only so-so.

Add preset support for the Windows Mobile phones, especially the HTC variants (Touch Pro2, HD2, etc). These are quite popular and would help round out your presets. This will become more important with the release of WM7 due this fall.

Improve graphic resolution in the interface. Even with a high resolution display it still looks like EGA and significantly detracts from the overall impression that you can manage high-quality output from your software.

Smooth video output when set to 60FPS at 18000kbs! Others do not even have this option for DVDs!

Excellent quality output compared to other vendors (WinXDVD).

see the 'apply to all' button highlighted.... it is necessary to press this before processing can occur, but you have to read the help files to find this out.

In the options, there is a selection for changing skins on the user interface, but there are none to choose from. Either put a skins tutorial on the site, or provide a template so wwe can create our own

Fix the bug with non-standard PAL DVD format

Converting a video in "DVD Video - PAL (*.vob)" format produces an illegal file. The bitrate of the video is always 9000 kbps, regardless of the bitrate selected in the dropdown menu (the maximum allowed by the DVD-Video standard in 8000 kbps),...

keep the standard interface for windows, and add capture streams

most applications have more ore les the windows interface, so scalable windows and standard dialogs end buttons. It makes any application much more transparant for the user.

After ripping a DVD the end result didn't rip the video in it's entirety. Part of the beginning was missing no matter what format I used. Perhaps something is missing that would capture the entire beginning?

be able to backup and make copies of PS 3 Blue Ray Game discs. My children keep scratching them and I'd like to make backups.

Can this or any other software make backups of PS 3 game discs? I don't like having to pay twice for a game I already paid for, just beccause my kids don't respect the discs.

NO Junk SearchElf etc installed on my browser when I UNCHECK the box as a part of this download!

When I ran the install program it had 3 default items checked. I unchecked them. SearchElf immediately loaded into my Internet Explorer browser anyway. Now I have to figure out how to dump it. Please fix this and provide un-install instructions.
